Now How Will You Feel About Your Body This Summer?

Someone recently pointed out to me that my articles were quite broad in their topic…

And it might look like that…

However the truth is…

That they all point out to one simple thing…

No matter how busy you are with your work and life in general…

You must take great care of your body…

And that’s non-negotiable…

How you see yourself is the most powerful factor in experiencing success in our life..

2nd is how others perceive you..

Being in shape is the ultimate advantage…

And we’re all reminded of this every summer…

When we take our tops off during holidays…

And partially judge our non-career success in life by our fitness and body composition.

Beyond Vanity

Obviously looking at your body when you’re half naked and wanting to look great is pure vanity..

But if you think about it…

How many people you know train just for vanity?

Yes, vanity is part of it…

But people have a lot more compelling reasons to train..

And if you’re anything like my clients you’ll train because of a mixture of things..

You’re tired of not being happy with how you look and getting out of breath easily.

You’re fed up with your tight trousers, expanding waistline and deteriorating health

You’re tired of turning away from people when taking your shirt off in the changing room.

You’re tired of feeling too unfit to keep up with your kids.

You’re tired of feeling older than you really are and being conscious of it.

You’re tired of trying to do something about it but never doing this effectively.

Or just not finding time to do anything about it at all..

It’s Just Really Hard When You’re Constantly Stressed And Busy!

Look, you might even have a different reason for training…
