We’re just about to take a little break on the weekend…

And for most that’s the end of summer holiday travels..

So where are you with your fitness?

Have you managed to stay in shape?…

And what can you do to get back as quickly as possible…

Not back to your pre-summer shape…

But the shape you still liked and suited you a while ago..

You know, a few months or years back…

The Bitter Sweet Summer Aftermath

I hope you’ve been having a great summer, I really do…

It’s a great opportunity to have fun..

And find loads of inspiration simply from changing the environment…

So despite being really busy all year long…

I hope you managed to escape somewhere hot at least for a few days…

Now it might also mean proper summer holidays with everything it offers…

Booze, ice cream, pizza, doing nothing on the beach….

Or staying up late at night, partying and being social..

I mean when you’re finally not tied up in meetings, long hours, and some travel in between…

Making it quite difficult to stay focused on your training…

The chances are you ended up in a great enjoyable situation…

That doesn’t help your shape and fitness much either….

And so here we are…

Back at work in September…

Slowly getting busy again…

And hoping you’ll find time to get down to gym…

And finally make the change…

But It’s The Same Story All Over Again

You come with great intentions…

Restart your training…

Have a few workouts…

Perhaps even slightly change your diet…

And the whole show ends within 3 weeks…

Your mind wonders off onto work, social life, family, Halloween….

And even though you’re still trying to train and eat properly..

What you’re giving it is clearly not enough to make a change…

And you quickly realise it…

Stop seeing the value…

And all of a sudden you’re out of the game..

Nothing has changed…

You’re still out of shape…

And worse yet you can even justify it…

“I’m too busy for it now… Too many drinking dinners coming up… Constantly tired… etc.”

How About Choosing To Go All The Way This Time?

I’m writing this in hope that some of this article will resonate with you…

And help you make a change you want to make….

Not to kind of decide to get in shape and fit..

But to really go all the way and meet the standards you’re holding for yourself and your body…

Making a great change…

And creating a momentum for yourself…

So everything else in life will massively go your way too…

But the hardest part is always the decision…

Make the right one.

It’s great to be back sharing insights and inspiration again…

See you around!
