“You don’t have a time problem, you have a commitment problem.” Grant Cardone

Last week I reached out to a lot of you via private messages…

Asking about the number one thing standing in your way to your ideal fitness and shape…

And not surprisingly, to many of you, it is simply a lack of time.

So Let’s Dive Into It

Obviously we’re in The City…

So the demand of The City itself will leave a mark on your daily routine…

And because of longer work hours, commute and social life…

You won’t have all the time in the day to focus on your non-professional life…

But you’ll have time outside of that..

And what you do with that time…

Comes down to your choice…

And is definitely something you can control…

How To Do More With The Same Amount Of Time

When I was 19 I started building my first project…

And as any young person trying to get something done…

I’d get anxiety attacks and feelings of being overwhelmed…

There were so many things that I wanted to do…

But simply no time to do them all…

Youth and impatience are simply a killer combination…

So when I reached the moment of action threshold…

And was finally ready to listen..

My father introduced me to a book that helped me manage my workflow ever since…

It’s helped me manage my work, training, travel and personal goals of any kind…

This book is called Getting Things Done by David Allen..

And I highly recommend it…

Everything gets done, time becomes less of an issue, anxiety goes away…

And you go through life knowing you’re doing what you want to be doing…

Not having life slip through your fingers..

Time And Priorities

On the other hand I get it…

Even though you can control the time after your work hours..

And even though you have a great workflow management system in place..

You really don’t have much time for fitness and you’ve got other priorities in your life…

You want to spend time on social life, family life, hobbies, relax…

And whatever you’re passionate about..

I get it…

But is being fit and being in shape not one of the most important supporting factors in everything else you do in life?

How would being in a great shape benefit your social life?

Would you feel a lot more energetic and confident?

How would being fit and flexible help you be a better parent?

Perhaps you can pick your kids’ toys up from the floor without worrying about lower back pain?

Play some sports with your kids without getting out of breath and feeling like you’re going to die?

Live Up To Your Potential

If you’ve read my book you know exactly where I’m going with this…

A lack of resources can always be overcome by resourcefulness..

And even if it might feel like there’s no time to train in the week…

Once you make that switch in your head and decide to commit to your training…

You will always somehow find it…

Sometimes before I take on a new client…

They tell me that their biggest issue is time…

They tell me how they’ve slipped off the wagon simply because of the lack of time…

But interestingly enough..

Once we start training together they somehow always find the time…

Magic…

And I’ve trained with lawyers, M&A and similar extremely busy people…

All of a sudden..

They don’t have a time problem anymore…

They have a commitment..

So do yourself a favour and commit to fitness as a part of your lifestyle…

For everything that it could mean for you…

Commit all the way…

Thanks for reading my article, it means a lot to me..

If you’ve made it all the way down here…

If anything resonates with you please share it with your colleagues and network simply by liking it or pressing the share button as well..

If it can help change at least one more person’s view…

The quality of that person’s life can improve with no extra effort on your part.

Thanks again!
