What do you do when you’re tired after a long day…

Your work has been stressful…

There are deadlines to meet…

You’ve only eaten twice on the day so far..

It’s 0800pm already…

And there’s just so much to do!!…

Going For The Easy Option

You’ve probably got it all worked out…

Once you get home you’ll either cook, or your other half cooks…

And you’re sorted..

Hopefully with something healthy and tasty..

At least when things are going well….

But what if they’re not?..

What if you’re both really busy, tired or just lazy to cook healthy…

It’s so much easier to open your laptop and order something tasty to your doorstep…

It literally takes 5 minutes to pick your food and submit an order….

Or what do you do when you’re glued to your office desk…

And getting some food in between meetings…

Is first and foremost driven by convenience?…

How can you manage to eat healthy all the time…

When some days are just seemingly impossible?

And you don’t have time to even think about it?

It Takes The Same Time To Cook And Eat Healthy As It Takes To Eat Whatever Comes Your Way

It’s all about how much you want it..

If you don’t care much about what you eat…

And you’re literally just reacting to the need to eat something every single time..

Without stopping for a moment and giving it a thought or two..

You’ll have to bear the consequences of your actions…

Yes you might be busy and using it as an excuse not to eat well…

But snacking on chips and chocolate and eating whatever you can get your hands on…

Is not going to save you time and will ultimately run you down…

And it takes the same time to eat healthy after all…

You can’t get maximum performance from your brain, if you feed your body poorly…

Now if you really care about eating healthy and staying in a shape…

You will find ways how to eat and cook healthy with the same time…

And I see this with every successful client I’ve ever had..

It’s all about that very much needed mental switch…

That’s all it takes…

Healthy Food At Your Convenience

This week I’ve tried some emergency meals from Muscle Food..

There are two things I’ve tried…

One was pre made meals you can put into microwave for 3 minutes and eat straight away..

The ingredients are healthy…

The macronutrient content is well thought through

The time it takes to prepare is minimal…

And the taste is good as well..

You can keep this food in your fridge for the evening…

Or you can bring it with you to work…

And as long as you’ll find a microwave and 3 minutes to heat it up…

You’ll eat a much better food than anything else you could imagine…

And your body will thank you for that as well…

The other thing I tried…

Came as a sealed bag of pre-packaged ingredients you put on a pan and stir fry for 8 minutes..

8 minutes with minimum attention…

That’s it..

Tasty, quick and nutritious…

Ideal for the evening when you’re back home after a long day…

There is a big variety from which you can pick from…

And so instead of coming home and ordering pizza when you have no time to cook..

Or ordering something salty, fatty or sweet for delivery…

On the days when healthy food is literally the last thing you’ve got time to think about…

You can still manage to keep your eating standards where they need to be…

And avoid any immediate or long term regret…
