As the months go by, it would appear we've slowly walked into a subtle long term lifestyle change. Gyms are closed, and when they're not, they're severely restricted. It may look as if there are no good options for training. But luckily, we've got a few very good options to choose from.

We've got adjustable dumbbells up to 24kg, exercise bands of different strengths, gymnastic rings, plenty of creativity and the park provides great environment for exercise and looking after your physical and mental health. Should you require less equipment though, there is an option of training in a park local to you if within 1 mile radius from Aldgate East station.

For some, 2021 health and fitness goals could mean personal transformation, for others it could mean maintenance and healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally.
