Introduction Questionnaire: We think it’s essential for us to understand our online clients. When you join our Online PT we will explore your goals, motivation, diet & workout plan so we can lead you through your training and hold you accountable to keep you on track and motivated.
Workout Programme: The time and effort we put into designing each and every one of our programmes, really makes it a system for people who are serious about getting results. Your plan is highly bespoke, designed for you, we don’t send out generic training systems. All our workout programmes are automatically uploaded to MyPTHub.
Access To MyPTHub: All of our Online PT clients have access to a full exercise video library which is provided in MyPTHub app. MyPTHub allows you to follow and track your workouts, update your measurements and get our detailed analysis of your progress with our commentary and custom charts.
Nutrition Guidelines: Fully customised and flexible nutrition guidelines based on your individual goal, optimal caloric intake and lifestyle are provided along your workout programme. We understand your work and social commitments as well and account for them in the programme itself.
Accountability System: It’s easy to lose focus and motivation when you’re constantly bombarded by tasks on a daily basis. Our accountability system is based on the vast experience we’ve had working with executives and directors in The City and our weekly highly customised check ins allow us to make sure you’re on track and making progress.
Workout Programme Refresh: It’s important to constantly reflect on your progress and how your workout programme can be improved, so after 6 weeks, you will receive an updated workout programme based on your progress and feedback to make sure you achieve the best results.
