Training With Perspective

Welcome to Training With Perspective Coaching Exercise (20 mins).

Here at Sets in the City, we understand that you body may not always be your number one priority, but you certainly need to understand its importance from the perspective of your top priorities. The Train with Perspective Coaching Exercise is designed to help you realise this perspective, and help you see how your body influences other areas of your life. The questions included cover some key areas in life that will make up your 5 year vision board. All your answers will be confidential and only used for the purpose of this exercise. Once you have submitted all your answers, you will receive your vision board via email, so you can see the big picture and see your body in relation to other areas of your life.
